I was born at Cottage Hospital here in Santa Barbara.
I have lived here at this house for all of my life.
I enjoy walking, throwing my boomerang, computers,
Chatting on AIM and MSN Messenger with my friends,
Eating burritos, and doing fun activities. My goal for
college is to go to Princeton, or MIT and Get a Ph.D in
theoretical physics, or computer science. I like doing
those sorts of stuff.
My family consists of 5 people, Dad, Mom, Jayna, Jeff, and Me.
Dad is a Dentist and has one assistant and a one secretary. Mom
used to be doing creative memories but she stopped doing it about 1 year
ago. Jeff is in band. Jayna goes to SDSU and majors in
Graphic Design.
About Me
This is my "about me" paper that I had to turn in to every teacher in 8th grade. I think I printed them all with the same teachers name. "dear Mrs. Nye" for Mr. Dugan...My name is David Michael Lee and I was born on January 6th 1989 at cottage hospital in Santa Barbara. I will be understanding, and will be able to learn in this class. Here are a few things I want you to know before we start the school year. I was born and raised in the wonderful city of Santa Barbara and have attended the elementary school of Monte Vista, and 7th and now 8th grade at La Colina. I am the last of three children, one brother (Jeff), and one sister (Jayna). My mom is (or used to be) a Creative Memories consultant and still enjoys doing her creative photo albums. Dad is a dentist and loves his patients, especially the ones that go way back. In his spare time, Dad thinks of cooking, goes to the store to get ingredients, and makes fabulous meals from scratch. As for pets, I have had the variety from rabbits, geckoes, iguanas, lizards, dogs, cats, turtles, fish, fish and more fish, freshwater snails, and the list goes on forever. As you may see throughout the school year, I will make friends in class and out of class if they can withstand my humor and like me for who I am. Sometimes I secretly take away points if they react negatively to me, but I will not lose them as a friend. Even if I don't know them very well, I can get to know them well. I have had a number of accidents in my life, e.g. in third grade, I fell right into a pop out AC vent corner, and had to get three stitches i my head. My dad, being the dentist, sewed up my head with the instruments in his office. One of my passions is reading Harry Potter, and Michael Crichton. From that I have learned an immense vocabulary; sometimes I read the dictionary in my free time to add word to my vocabulary. Some books are like bricks and don't catch on for me, but most books are lightweight. I like maps so I can see the names of places and see where they are. I love joke books that have clean white pages; that always intrigues me for joke books. I want to learn and do well this year and be a role model for my peers and others. I wish that I could fly.I am writing this in full screen, so it looks like the WordPerfect for dos. the font is courier, and the edges go to the edge of the screen. this looks really cool. I am using TextPadTM to write and validate this. I have learned lots about HTML just today. I think that I could be an expert at it. Later in the book, it shows you how to embed a streaming /non-streaming video file. They like MPEG because it is compatible with almost all of the standards, and it has a smaller file size. I think that pigs should dye their hair. If you are actually reading this, I would be surprised. go to Price watch to get good deals on computer components. Linking to external sites does not make the owners of that site happy. I learned that it is polite to send them an e-mail saying that you are linking to their site.
